Deal Flow IQ is dedicated to India’s mid-market finance ecosystem. We cover private equity, venture capital, structured debt, and alternative assets; segments that account for a significant share of investment activity but often receive limited focused attention. The market is fragmented, opaque, and underreported. We’re trying to change that.

We started this because we felt there wasn’t a place that truly captured the stories, trends, and people driving this space. We aim to document the people, capital, and companies shaping India’s real economy, from family-owned enterprises and regional operators to boutique funds and capital-efficient growth firms.

Our newsletter is the entry point: detailed deal notes, fund and founder profiles, sector-level deep dives, and forward-looking takes on investment trends.

At heart, this is a passion project. We’re building the kind of resource we always wished existed: a high-signal hub where investors, operators, advisors, and analysts can track key moves, benchmark patterns, and spot new opportunities across the capital stack.
